Recently, there have been 51 properties on the local market. With so many choices, a buyer can be overwhelmed with the details that need to be investigated. For example, a person must consider much more than simply the listed price. “Most [co-op property] buyers don’t think of it, but you need to ask for a copy of the association’s budget,” advised property expert. This may require working through the seller, as many associations may refuse a buyer’s request. This is one reason it is wise to find a qualified professional who can help work through such details. Boston City Properties has the expertise and experience to serve as your buyer’s representative and help you find the best property in this town.

Selling/Listing a Condo

Selling a property in such a large market may also be challenging. With so many units cluttering the market, the unit needs to be presented in such a way that causes it to catch the eye of potential buyers. “Extend the interior color scheme to your balcony by accessorizing with similar styles of furniture and accessories. This will make the [unit] feel and look a lot bigger than it is,” advised a design professional. This type of expert knowledge is what you will find at Boston City Properties. Contact us for help in listing and marketing your unit so that it stands out and sells quickly for the best price.
