Selling/Listing a Condo
“Nope, it’s not just like selling a house!” This is one property expert’s response to the issue of marketing a co-op property. There are several important differences when it comes to selling a unit. For example, since a three-bedroom co-op is often less square-footage than a three-bedroom home, it can easily appear cluttered and discourage would-be buyers. Yet, with expert direction a seller can remedy this with proper staging. “Extend the interior color scheme to your balcony by accessorizing with similar styles of furniture and accessories. This will make the [unit] feel and look a lot bigger than it is,” advises one design expert. Boston City Properties understands the unique world of co-op properties and can help you successfully sell your unit. Contact us for a maximum price in a short time.
Since this is such a small community, there are not distinct separate neighborhoods. Yet, it remains an appealing place to purchase property, as it has grown in population by over 20% since 2000. With a low unemployment rate of 3.6% and investment in student education far above the national average, people have found this is a great community to make their home. “The town is an underrated little gem,” said one current resident.
