Saugus MA Townhomes
Buying
Typically, a buyer can purchase a townhome in this region for $240 a square foot. However, it is always helpful to have as much insider information as possible before signing on the dotted line. Our company has developed comprehensive services that enable us to pair qualified buyers with their ideal properties. We don’t just find out how many bedrooms a buyer is seeking, but also what types of amenities that individual is seeking in a property. By asking detailed questions, we can help steer buyers toward properties that may have just come on the market, and offer exactly what they are looking for.

The townhouses here are simultaneously elegant and accessible. Most of the housing stock in this region was constructed after 1980, yet features an inventive series of rooms that are arranged around a central staircase. The rooms downstairs are divided by closets and other storage spaces, so that the hallways wind their way through tight corridors that are surrounded by painted wooden doors and occasionally sliding panels that fit into the walls themselves. The dining space is separated from the kitchen by a wall that is perforated at irregular intervals to create an exciting partial view of each space. These perforations are sometimes large enough to act as storage areas for small art objects or other knick knacks, although in many houses they are purely decorative.
The bedrooms upstairs tend to have access to an exterior patio. This patio is often a balcony, which is to say that it has no descending staircases or direct access to the ground. The balcony is usually wide enough to seat multiple people, and is placed to look out on the surrounding woods or other natural scenery. In some units, a larger deck is located on the bottom level, and provides enough room to not only host a substantial outdoor gathering, but also store food preparation equipment, including a barbecue and patio furniture.
The bathrooms in these homes tend to not only be spacious, but outfitted with an abundance of amenities, from a full size shower to an enormous bathtub that has its own series of pressurized jets and temperature settings for an ideal bathing experience. The tub is often sited near a window, and has a small ledge that enables a person using the tub to place objects including a plant, a water glass, or other items nearby. The bathtub will sometimes be constructed so it resembles more of a square and less of a slender rectangle, as is the case with those bathrooms that have a shower installed on top of the bathtub.
Selling
The market here is fairly competitive, which means that some properties tend to spend a month or more on the listings before finding a buyer. Sellers who wish to minimize their time on the market should contact us for advice on how best to list their property. We can also help put together viewing appointments that will bring highly motivated buyers to the table. Instead of spending endless amounts of time checking messages and trying to coordinate schedules, our service makes it a simple matter of connecting buyers to sellers.
Staging companies are becoming an increasingly popular service for homeowners who have already packed up their furniture but wish to show their home to potential buyers in a furnished state. Studies show that buyers prefer to visit homes that already have furniture inside of them, as this creates a cozier, more intimate atmosphere. We are happy to recommend a list of staging companies to sellers in order to facilitate the transfer of their property to a qualified buyer.
Finally, we are also experienced with creating compelling listings for properties that not only highlight the best features of the structure, but artfully convey the feeling of living inside of the home. No matter how many years a seller has occupied a particular parcel, they are unlikely to be very objective when it comes to describing their home. We have an unbiased and seasoned eye that will communicate the best features of the property and attract a motivated segment of the buying public.
