Built in 2006 with 316 units on 3 stories, this community was recently renamed Quarry Hills. These one, two and three bedroom luxury apartments in Quincy are located just south of Boston. Close by is Granite Links Golf Club and Blue Hills nature preserve. For golfers, other courses are a short drive away and for kids a ball park is in walking distance. With easy access to highways, parks and Quincy’s bay front, this is the ideal place for commuters or couples raising a family. Close by are all the attractions you need, the Blue Hills Skyline Trail with biking and hiking, the Thomas Crane Public Library, restaurants, shops and Quincy’s commercial area.

At the entrance of the one bedroom, one bathroom apartment, there is a large closet along with the water heater in an enclosed space and a washer and dryer area accessed by bi-fold doors. The 8 ft. x 8 ft. 4 in. kitchen, situated in the center of the apartment, is fitted with a double sink with disposal, stove, refrigerator, dishwasher and pantry and opens into the 12 ft. x 9 ft. 1 in. dining area. The 13 ft. 6 in. x 12 ft living room leads to a 13 ft. 6 in. x 6 ft. deck. A door from the living area opens into a 13 ft. 8 in. x 11 ft bedroom with a roomy, walk-in closet that opens into a spacious 10 ft. 4 in. x 6 ft. 9 in. bathroom with linen storage and a garden tub.
