Multi-story residential and commercial buildings are common in this region, which means that many gas station parcels are located in fairly urban settings, often surrounded by a number of other buildings. The Pine Banks Park, for example, is located off Main Street, while the Ell Pond is between Tremont Street and Lebanon Street. Spring, 2nd Lake, and a series of smaller bodies of water immediately nearby can be accessed via Lake Dam Road, while Oakdale Park is located off Fellsway East.
