City of Medford, Massachusetts

Medford, Massachusetts is located within Middlesex County, and it is only about five miles northwest of downtown Boston. It provides its residents with a beautiful and quiet place to live, but it still offers them the convenience of being close enough to Boston for work and to the big city, if that interests them. It is also a wonderful place for people to live that enjoy nature. To the north, part of the Middlesex Fells Reservation resides within the city, and the Mystic River flows directly through the middle of Medford offering peaceful scenery for its residents.

Arborpoint at Station Landing has a lot to offer all of their tenants and potential tenants. Due to the high rise of the building, tenants can enjoy beautiful views, and they even have on-site retail shops and restaurants for the convenience of their tenants' wants and needs. They also provide convenient train service to Boston via the Orange Line, which can be boarded right across the street at the Wellington MBTA station. Tenants can choose between three different apartment models, and these different models are 1 bedroom apartments with 1 bathroom, 2 bedroom apartments with 2 bathrooms, and 3 bedroom apartments with 2 bathrooms. They do have a pet policy, as well. Tenants are allowed to have 1 dog that does not exceed 60 pounds, and they can have 2 cats, but their combined weight cannot exceed 35 pounds.

75 SL apartments are known for their cutting edge designs, and they all have high quality finishes with expansive windows. This makes enjoying the view from the apartments even more stunning. At 75 SL, tenants can enjoy access to elevators, on-site management and maintenance, a free fitness center, a clubhouse, and a business center. Every apartment comes with 1 parking space in their parking garage, but additional spaces can be obtained. Tenants are allowed up to 2 cats per apartment, but they are only allowed 1 dog. There is a monthly pet fee depending on the type of animal a tenant has in their apartment, and there are a few restrictions on the dog breeds allowed and the weight limits of the animals.
