The Mandarin Oriental Residences are located in a luxury building that offers a wide range of amenities designed to make residents feel at home. Situated on Boylston Street in the heart of Boston, the homes are close to everything that Back Bay and the surrounding areas have to offer. There are 49 residences in the building, and each unit is customizable to match the tastes and preferences of the resident.

Originally developed in 2008, the 49 residences that have been sold in the building will be accompanied by 25 units that will be offered for sale starting in 2015. One- and two-bedroom configurations are available, and size ranges from 930 to 1,625 square feet to meet the unique needs of each resident.

The Mandarin Oriental Residences are in the same building as the Mandarin Oriental hotel, and residents are afforded access to the luxury amenities that the guest hotel has to offer. Housekeeping, 24-hour concierge service and valet services are all available to residents, and 24-hour maintenance services are offered to keep life running smoothly for busy residents on any schedule.

Catering is available from the hotel kitchen, and residents are able to order catering to be delivered at any time of the day or night. The convenience of on-site catering is particularly appealing to residents who enjoy entertaining. As part of the Mandarin Oriental family, the Mandarin Oriental Residences offer unit owners preferred booking at any partner hotel in the world.

Expanded menu options in single-serve portions can be delivered to each unit from fine dining establishment Bar Boulud. The hotel lounge is open to residents, as is a 16,000-square-foot spa that includes a fitness center to allow residents to get fit in the comfort of their own building. Professionals are afforded the opportunity to reserve a 10,000-square-foot business meeting space that offers catering for up to 600 people to host business events as close to home as possible.

While residents are able to take advantage of the amenities that the hotel has to offer, owning a unit in the Mandarin Oriental gains them access to a higher level of comfort and convenience. A separate entrance and elevator is offered for residents, and access from Boylston Street provides convenience.

Floor-to-ceiling windows in each unit allow the spaces to be bright, open and inviting. The latest appliances are paired with modern design elements in each unit's kitchen to create a beautiful, functional space that is perfect for making a gourmet meal at home or entertaining guests.
