They have added a variety of restaurants, offices, and retail buildings that have helped the city to thrive financially. They offer a variety of different parking options for their tenants to use if they own their own vehicle, which include a parking garage, street parking, a carport, and assigned parking. Cats and dogs are welcomed at The Flats at 22 & 44, but there are a few restrictions on some breeds of dogs. Before a tenants pet is approved to be allowed to stay on the premises, the pet has to go through a behavioral interview, and they must always be spayed or neutered. This is to guarantee the controlling nature of pets on the premises.
